At Clyde Miller P8 our social workers and counselors work side-by-side in providing students in need with emotional, behavioral, and academic support and guidance. Our Mental Health and Counseling team is dedicated to supporting students. Their expertise equips them to help students gain skills and knowledge in dealing with social, environmental and economic barriers that can keep them from thriving.

The Health Office at Clyde Miller P-8 is staffed by a registered nurse who is at the school five days a week.
“The School Nurse provides emergency health care services; identifies health-related problems or handicapping conditions; provides recommendations in remediation of or adjustment to identified health problems; and serves as a resource person and consultant to faculty, student families, or to a student’s health care provider.” –Aurora Public School District
